Suitable for extremely hectic restaurants and eateries, the B51 series hood type dish washers from Butler feature a 500 x 500 mm rack for washing dishes up to 395 mm diameter and glasses up to 370 mm tall with ease. Designed for 1080 plates in 432 mins, the dishes come out spotlessly clean while the water and detergent consumption stays low.
