These new Ventilated Preparation Tables from Trufrost come in 2 & 3 door variants and bring in an exceptional efficiency to the preparation of pizzas, salads, starters, sandwiches, burgers, desserts and more. GN 2100 Coldpan comes with 1 row of cold pan space. Each row can accommodate 7 x GN1/6 pans (not supplied with the machine) on the top. The GN 3100 Coldpan comes with a single row of cold pan space on the top of the deck that can accommodate 10 x GN1/6 (not supplied with the machine).
