1 Deck 2 Tray Oven on 12 Tray Proofer – Electric

This unified Butler Electric Oven cum Proofer has a single deck 2 tray electric oven built atop a Proofer. The outer cabinet is finished in brushed stainless. The oven is designed for baking bread, cakes, pastries and more. Using infrared radiant heating tube, they bake the food rapidly and uniformly. The required temperature can be set up to 400°C and controlled automatically. The 2 door 12 tray Proofer section at the bottom allows you to set the perfect temperature and humidity levels to get consistent, repeatable results and can accommodate 12 pans (not supplied with the machines).
